What To Expect
A home cannot fail an inspection. A professional home inspection gives you an independent, unbiased view of any problems and their solutions, so that you will have all the facts you need to make a sound, informed decision. Depending on the size and condition of the home, a thorough home inspection will take between 3-4 hours. We invite you to join us on the inspection, so that you will have visual reinforcement of your written report. Our inspection is a comprehensive, fair, and objective evaluation that is performed to ASHI standards.
The Inspection Report
Every inspection is a complete and thorough analysis of all the major systems and components of the home. Our report includes a clear description of any problem areas noted, so you can easily identify them. In addition, all clients should feel free to contact us by phone if they need a consultation after the inspection.

Optional Final Chek Service
For added peace of mind, our signature Final Chek inspection is available for an added fee to all our customers. This optional add-on service takes place prior to closing with the purpose of determining if the seller has completed any areas that were noted in our report for additional work as well as ensuring the condition of the home has not changed.
