Termite & WDI Inspections

Our inspectors will perform an inspection of the entire property and home for signs of termite and wood-destroying insects. We will visually inspect readily accessible areas of a home, the exterior of the property, as well the entire interior of a home including accessing and entering any sub-space such as basements and crawlspaces. The inspector is looking for current mud tubes, frass, wings, damaged or hollow wood to help determine if a WDI problem exists currently or if there has been prior treatment.
