When a client selects Pro Chek to perform a home inspection on their behalf prior to purchasing a home, they are placing themselves in the best possible hands technically; and they are insuring themselves of peace of mind throughout the process and beyond.

Our service protection policy is a reflection of our commitment to providing the best service possible. If we miss reporting a condition that is within the ASHI Home Inspection Standards which causes a financial loss to the client, we will correct the condition as required.

In the event a condition is discovered, the client should call our office immediately. We will have our inspector return to the home to assess the concern and take appropriate action.
